At Sump Daddy, we specialize in waterproofing and drainage solutions designed to keep homes dry from the ground up. We work in older homes throughout Washington, DC and nearby communities—installing sump pumps, French drains, vapor barriers, and other systems to manage groundwater and protect foundations.
What We Handle — and What We Don’t
We focus exclusively on groundwater and stormwater management — not city-connected sewer or plumbing lines. We do not service sewage ejector pumps, unclog interior plumbing, or work on drains tied directly to municipal sewer systems. These are considered licensed plumbing services, and we’re not authorized to provide them directly.
However, as a general contractor, we can coordinate with licensed plumbers if needed as part of your project.
Our team is certified in foundation inspection and experienced in the drainage problems common to this region’s homes — especially those with aging basements, crawlspaces, and grading issues.
