HR Guillory - Managing Partner
Louisiana born and raised, Mr Guillory knows a thing or two about storms and flood damage. After starting and operating multiple water restoration businesses, he moved his family to the Washington DC area and got involved in commercial real estate and now residential waterproofing. Now an empty nester, in his spare time HR plays golf with his wife and as a hobby enjoys gardening.
R. Pemberton - Operating Officer
Mr Pemberton handles day-to-day company operations. Originally from Chicago IL, he now resides in Washington DC with his wife and two children. Mr Pemberton has started multiple businesses and has a Masters Degree from the University of Maryland.
Vijay Patel - Business Manager/Accounting
Mr Patel is our accountant and business manager. He lives in Rockville Md with his wife and 4 children.
Armando Decorana - Production Manager
Armando manages our production teams.
Carrie Jones - Administrative Assistant
Carrie manages the office and all incoming.
